Returns Policy

We will gladly exchange, refund or credit your undamaged purchase within 14 days of date of purchase.
Your can choose to return your online order to our store location in Limerick city or post it back to us (We do not offer free returns, items returned through An Post are at the customers own cost)

In order for goods to be exchanged, refunded or credited:
- Shoes must be unworn and only tried on when on carpet
- Shoes must be in their original condition
- Shoe must be returned in their original box
